In order to make this event enjoyable for the exhibitors and patrons alike, we are publishing a few rules. These rules have evolved primarily from talking with Artisan Row Events, the Community Arts Support Team (C.A.S.T.), and Shepherd Schools.

  • Saturday, October 19, 2024, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    Sunday, October 20, 2024, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Your booth fee will be for the full two-day event. These fees are then donated to the Community Arts Support Team (C.A.S.T.), minus advertising and materials purchased for the event.

  • If the event is canceled, notification will be provided by September 15, with a full refund. However, vendor cancellations occurring after September 1, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds will not be granted in cases of inclement weather on the event day(s).

  • A Facebook event has been created that’s titled, Harvest Art Fest. We will pay Facebook to promote/advertise the event across the state of Michigan.

  • Artisan Row Events has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video at any of our events in which you, your business, your products and individuals in attendance may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction.

  • All event signage (signs, banners and marketing materials) are provided and owned by Artisan Row Events and/or the C.A.S.T and are not to be vandalized, damaged, or removed. In addition, signage should NOT be taken home or moved from their location.

  • Setup is Friday, October 18 and the morning of Saturday, October 19. We will notify you of times for set up.

You may park near the location only for purposes of unloading/loading. Be sure to sign up for a time slot.

All booths must be set up and ready for customers at 10 a.m. or PRIOR to the start of the event.

At the end of the event, your area must be clean and litter free. Your space will be checked and all waste, including boxes, papers, etc. must be disposed of prior to you departure.

All booths must remain open during the times listed for the event and may not tear down early. Vendors who leave their spaces in poor condition or leave early will not be considered for future Artisan Row events.

  • Vendors will be notified of where the designated vendor parking will be, prior to the event. All vendor vehicles are to be parked in the Vendor Parking location ONLY. Vendors who do not follow this rule will be immediately removed from the event, will not receive a refund and will be black-flagged from any future Artisan Row Events.

  • Spaces will be marked out and numbered in 12’ X 12’ squares. Your designated number and specific location are subject to change prior to the event to allow for a smooth flow of foot traffic, variety of items and social distancing. You will be notified of your exact location and booth number prior to the event. All tent popups must be secured to the ground AND weighted down.

  • This is a juried vendor event and all items have to meet requirements to qualify. Direct Sales Businesses and/or traditional flea market items are NOT allowed. We reserve the right to remove Artisans who do not adhere to this rule. All applicants must give a complete description of their items. If you misrepresent your items in your application in any way, you will either be asked to remove the unacceptable item or you will be asked to leave.

  • Items can be turned in/claimed at 129 E Wright Ave., Shepherd, MI 48883.

  • Artisan Row Events, C.A.S.T. and the Shepherd Schools, will in no way be responsible for vendors' wares or equipment.
